Why is it important to set my entity’s size during the registration process?
The Sustanya questionnaire is tailored to the size and type of your entity, among other parameters. Please make sure you choose the correct entity size so that the questionnaire includes all applicable ESG questions for your entity.

Sustanya’s entity sizes are:
– Micro (up to 10 employees);
– Small (11-50 employees);
– Medium (51-250 employees);
– Large (+250 employees). 

What do I do if I want to change my entity's size?
Only an Admin user can edit entity information. To change your entity size, please navigate to ‘Entity Profile’ tab on the right side of the header bar and choose ‘Entity Data’. Please note that a change in your entity size will have an implication in your subscription plan.
What do I do if I want to change my entity's industry?
Only an Admin user can edit entity information. To change your entity’s industry, please navigate to ‘Entity Profile’ tab on the right side of the header bar and choose ‘Entity Data’.
How do I choose my Subscription Plan?
Sustanya developed special plans and prices tailored for different entity sizes and needs. You can choose your subscription plan by analyzing all features, or accept our Subscription Plan recommendation based on your main goals with Sustanya.
What does the ENTERPRISE Plan include?

Can I change my Subscription Plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan according to your needs by navigating to ‘Entity Settings’ tab on the right side of the header bar and choosing the option ‘Change plan’ in the ‘Billing’ section.
How do I edit my personal account information?

After you’ve created your account, you can edit your profile, including personal information (such as photo, name, job title, e-mail, password, etc.), by navigating to ‘My Account’ tab on the right side of the header bar.

How can I reset my password?

If you cannot remember your Sustanya password, follow the steps below to reset it:

– Go to the Sustanya Login page;
– Click on “Forgot your password?”
– Enter your e-mail address and submit.

You will receive an automatic e-mail with a link and instructions to create your new password. Check your spam folder if you do not receive the e-mail within 10 minutes.

Can I invite my colleagues to join Sustanya?
Yes. Sustanya allows you to include several team members to your team, depending on you subscription.
When you register for the first time, you’re automatically set as Admin. An Admin can enter and edit ESG data and prepare ESG Reports.
Only Admin users can create, delete or modify users and roles.
If you’re an Admin user and wish to invite other team members, navigate to the ‘Entity Settings’ tab on the right side of the header bar, then choose ‘Team Members’ section.
– You can then click ‘+ Add team member’ and enter the e-mail address(es) and role of the people you’d like to invite. Then click ‘Send Invites’.
– The invited user(s) will receive the invite in their e-mail inbox (sometimes the invite e-mails can show up in the Spam folder).
There are different User Roles in Sustanya that an Admin can assign:
– Observer (several allowed): Can view ESG Data and Analytics, and download ESG Reports.
– User (several allowed): Has all Observer privileges. Can enter and edit ESG data and prepare ESG Reports.
– Approver (mandatory): Has all Observer and User privileges. Can approve ESG Data, and can approve and publish ESG Reports.
Can I remove a user's access?
If you are an Admin user, you can remove access for any users. To do this, navigate to ‘Entity Settings’ tab on the right side of the header bar and choose ‘Team Members’ and click on ‘Remove access’.
Can an Admin account be deleted?
You can delete an Admin account as long as there’s another Admin user associated to the entity.
